Our hotel in Mahboula is looking for a motivated and professional Reservation & Reception Officer to join our team immediately.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, delivers excellent guest service, and can represent the hotel with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the hotel industry is mandatory
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs
• Presentable, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Immediate joining is required
• Transferable residency (Article 18 )
