* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning or a related role.
* Proficiency in planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Excel, SAP).
* Experienced in KNPC, KIPIC, KOC projects with an approval is a plus.
* Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
